What does it cost?

Your Free to go bookings are always according to "best price-rate'. 

  • Our rates are made up of a fix starting fee per booking (€ 1,50), driving day or night rate (use of car) and a kilometer rate (number kilometer driven times rate).
  • Minimum rental period is 1 hour, after one hour you pay per 15 minutes.
  • Day rate is from 7.00 till 19.00 hours and the night rate is from 19.00 till 07.00 hours.
  • The fuel costs are for own account.

    Student Charlotte wants to buy a new couch for her house. She rents a Free to go-Crafter in Vleuten for 2 hours (total distance 12 km). After 19.00 hours she can rent the car for a night tarif. What does Charlotte pays for this trip?

    Deliver at home by IKEA is from €29,95. Charlotte can choose! Deliver at home is easy or pick it up directly with your Free to go-car.

    Michael, Ingrid, Ton and Marloes go to the Efteling! They travel from Utrecht to Kaatsheuvel (150km). What is easier, renting a car or taking the train? The Free to go-Volkswagen Polo is right around the corner where they live, so get in, bags in the car and drive. Or take the bus to the trainstation. What does the family Pluim pay for the car?

 You can avoid that as a Free to go-driver. We know it!

Need a new Free to go-card?
If you have lost your card or the card does not work anymore,
we as a compensation for the new card.

Own risk when car is damaged 
When leaving the car don't forget to look if the car is ok.
(Overhead damage: damage over 1.90m form the ground.)

€ 450,- for busses
€ 1.500,- for overhead damage 

Cancel a reservation? 
You can cancel for free one hour before start time of reservation.
When canceling later you will have to pay start tarif + 1 hour car rental.

When car is returned late?
If you arrive 10 minutes late, no problem. But after you will have to pay a fine.

Don't forget to tank for you fellow Free to go-driver
If we have to tank for you, because tank is below 25% full, we wil send a fine.

Traffic ticket
Cost for traffic tickets

Free to go-cars, keep them clean! 
Smoking in the car or making interieur dirty? We will send a fine for cleaning.
Contact us when the car is not clean for use.

A telephone reservation?
We charge a smal fine for making a reservation by phone.
Online is faster and easier!
